The Library is happy to announce the FGCU Author Series, recently published monographs that are authored by our very own FGCU faculty and staff.
The books are being displayed on the first floor of Library West in the New Books Area. Each month a recent book will be selected, presented by an accompanying poster, and featured on the Library’s website. The January 2013 inaugural book is Associate Professor Douglas Harrison’s Then Sings My Soul; The Culture of Southern Gospel Music, University of Illinois Press, 2012.
Any of the Author Series books in the Main Collection are available for check out. Authors are encouraged to donate a copy of their book(s) to the Library by contacting their subject specialist.
Thank you to all of our FGCU Authors – we look forward to sharing your expertise, passion, and scholarship.
