New database: Routledge Performance Archive

Want to be an actor? Check out the new Routledge Performance Archive!

Students, faculty and staff now have access to a “dramatic” new database in which you can watch videos to improve your acting talents! Find audio-visual material from past and present practitioners of performance, including interviews with key figures in theatre, masterclasses with specialist actor trainers, and excerpts from contemporary productions.

The videos are not just for theatre majors either. The videos are useful to anyone presenting to an audience. For example, there are videos on physical exercises to effectively use your voice and body to make communication clearer and even adding humorous dialogue.
